It was fantastic when we heard Berman speak of getting the financials audited to be able to uplift and many a CEO looks to do such. Of course when they get into the nitty gritty, they often find former leaders messed up and there are things that need correcting... this is the case here with ONCI.
I know this happened with my JBZY when it was DOLV and the new CEO from China wanted to do a Reverse Merger and change name and ticker... in the end, albeit took many months, there was success!
I believe the same will happen with ONCI. This is truly one of the few gems in OTC with great fundamentals and a CEO who's ambitious and wants to do great things. Yes he needs some help and yes he's made some mistakes... but he's only human and even though the one in charge, he has to play ball with numerous others to get what he wants done... often times, it throws off the CEO's intended timeline.
Wish more folks can be rational and have common sense... lol
