Exactly Andrew and remember the CEO didn't even have
to disclose any of these matters in the SHL because he
could simply have kept the company on the pink sheets
ignored it and moved on.
So again COMMON SENSE tells us because he did
disclose these matters and has made it a priority to
get off the pinks then it follows HE ALREADY HAS
A PLAN IN EFFECT to take care of the Delaware Debt
and the documents otherwise he would have never have
disclosed it when he didn't have to knowing it would
cause a short term hit in the stock.
Why go thru that trouble when you don't have too UNLESS
you already have a plan in effect to fix it !
