Here's another option lets say worst case scenario SB
can't generate the past docs needed to finish the audit
and Delaware won't give SB a negotiated settlement.
CEO SB can still fix the situation relatively easy by taking
the DRIVE APP business and spin it off into a clean
SHELL company and transfer most of our shares into
that, then getting an AUDIT and FINRA approval could
come quickly using the clean shell. Stock price of that
company would skyrocket since that's where most of the
revenues would be.
He could keep the rest of ONCI as a pink
thereby not having to deal with the Delaware Debt or
docs issues with a small
portion of our shares until he gets
each division up and running and then Spin off each
division into another clean shell each time
repeat it exact same way.
We could end up having shares in SIX different companies
that way with a total value MANY TIMES what they r worth
today !
