Jinbo isn't making information readily available anywhere, especially so in the last two weeks... Read into that what you will, but, it WOULD be easily explainable in light of the company's stated goal, from early last year, of Uplisting to Nasdaq, and in light of the possible and likely paths to get them there, like APO processes, Form-10 filing requirements for 'quiet period' etc and the one link we have found that indicates such a situation exists currently:
