It’s folly to chart a stock trading at 3 cents. Can’t be done. There were jbzy “chartists” saying when jbzy hit .15 that according to the charts a quarter was next. 100 wrong.
A hundred people in the world with 100k could buy the entire float and would trash the chartists.
