The ClayTrader videos are not TOS violations since they are related to the stock. However, my recommendation would be to respond to his links if you disagree with his chart analysis.
I should point out that he never talks about RSI, volume, candlestick patterns, gaps, etc. Never provides explanations for any of his stuff. Just where the 50 SMA, 200 SMA are and where the support/resistance is at.
Would be nice if he talked about today's low RSI, the fact that JBZY usually bounces hard after hitting RSI 30, and the fact that we have a nice hammer.
I do agree that many ClayTrader videos happen after the breakout and during overbought period, which suggests that he is teaching how to short.
However, he does have a video explaining why shorting a penny stock is stupid and that shorting is best done in the options market as opposed to the stock market.
I never suggest subscribing to any stock forum site as they are not worth even a single cent. If you are planning on joining his site read the fine print very carefully. There are no refunds and you will lose your money.
