But my example applies to devastating diseases and to me parkinsons is one of them so i consider ELTO an important drugs if it gets approved by the FDA.
So what i meant to say is if someone is really sick then its dangerous to swap a medicine/product just to try it out because its only slightly better. You don't take that risk imo.
If something works properly, stick with the same, especially if it concerns risking your health.
Sure another drug could work better but why risk your health for it?
Thats what i meant to say before. I wouldn't want something that is half the price and not knowing how my body reacts to the new medicine while i'm already on a medicine that works good for me.
The only reason i would consider trying out a new drug is if its wayyyy better then what i'm already using or i wouldn't take the risk.
But with other examples that you point out then you are correct and i agree.
But it all depends what kind of product/drugs i guess.
Its good to have alternative drugs if other drugs fail. There is always a market of course for ELTO if it would get approved.
I gotta go to bed, so tired, its been a busy day.
talk to you later, have a good evening.
