I honestly don't know what it take with the FDA go get approved. Seems like if it was that easy, everyone would do it.
I once got a really nice Taylormade golf club for free and all I had to do is answer about 8 questions that the people on Slickdeals told everyone how to answer. I am thinking the FDA is a little tougher than a golf club.
I have spent a lot of time reading the monthly EU Comp meeting notes and it seems at least in Europe, it's hard to get approved.
Wasn't the company trying to get orphan a giant hairy nevus? I forget if that was US or EU, but it didn't get approved. The should have just copied the answers from Elto or my Taylormade survey
