You're stating that 75 million dollars is a lousy settlement amount for a company trading at .12/share? Why would anyone ever think that the settlement amount would be anywhere near the amount in lawsuit?
What number would you be 'comfortable' with?
Don't tell me it's somewhere between 400-600 million.
