$75 million is as good a figure as any. PLUTO states!
Why so low? What happened to the $400-$700M numbers? Even they are too low based on what DECN has projected as market share and what JnJ has sold. REASON $75M would be "as good as any" is because of the TERRIBLE sales since the JnJ restrictions were lifted....if sales had taken off the $75M would not even be entertained. DECN has been blessed with this type of judge and his background.... he may be a dragonslayer!
JnJ interrupted DECN business for years.... the loss has to weighed and calculated....current lack of sales do not help!
BTW, where is the phantom BOD member that was starting in October? Why hasn't DECN attracted known leaders in the industry and supporting services to this BOD?
therealAC has a great point - Berman cannot do it alone - My call for "Berman to step aside" is better put as "Berman cannot do it alone" as therealAC states - HUMAN CAPITAL is just as important as working capital.
