the LOI with Sed was NON binding and this one from this PR is binding, so thats good too 
But lets just wait and see what happens on or before the 10th of january.
Like i said before, i would be shocked if this goes wrong now after such an enormous long time of negotiating with only 1 million dollars investment still needing to be done.
