I'm sure GC will attend more conferences to bring in new investors that will be more likely to invest when the toxics are then locked out sorta speak for 1.5 years.
I don't think we will recover completely, maybe to 50 cents or a dollar or something like that is my guess.
From memory the NASDAQ uplisting needs a minimum of $2 requirement, so maybe we would only need like a 5 for 1 reverse split if we achieve 1 dollar in about 9 months.
Say that happens we would have like a 16 million outstanding share float (if you take the currently 80 million outstanding shares number).
imagine how easily the stock can go up on such a small float when big funds can finally pour in their money when they are uplisted.
I've seen companies with small floats pass by before.
I think in the end, even if the toxics convert again in the future we would still be good as long as we achieve good phase 2 data with for example ESS.
Our marketcap is comparable with a company that is like bankrupt, so there is much growth to be regained with the pps.
One bigger fish wanting to get in on Amarantus and we fly with the pps.
I think when we are uplisted that we really in good shape.
I see a lot of positives from this PR.
The only thing that needs to be done is that GC gets that extra 1 million that they need before 10th of january.
And i really don't think that should be a problem.
I'd be shocked if this agreement falls through now over 1 million dollars.
I recall Avant having a 1.5 million debt and they moved on succesfully and that wasn't a problem, so i'm sure Amarantus can find the 1 million they need with the great pipeline that they have.
Just my thoughts and how i currently look at things
