Mr. Wei is out as CEO as of Nov 3rd, 2017. This is a sure sign that SED is no longer in the picture. Perhaps a deal has been finalized that does not involve SED. Someone commented to me last week that a bailout may not come from SED since they don't have the money. If true, good riddance to SED; they were never the right partners for AMBS.
