Another case is now tied to the Yippy case on Pacer, and it's of similar nature. An irish couple is suing ICG for not holding onto the shares they gave them as collateral while they took out and paid off a loan. Apparently ICG can't find the right stock certificates either. A curious legal connection. Have a good weekend everyone.
