68 million shares is a lot of dilution considering we had like 78 million outstanding shares (around that number?).
Does it mean that the issued shares will be part of the outstanding shares?
Because those parties can sell those issued shares in the open market, right?
Because if thats the case then my shares would be worth about half as much if they would sell it all in the open market
And if thats the case then amarantus should show us something significant in return for diluting us so much (like assets or cash or value).
If all these shares are given away like that and we get nothing worthwile for it in return, then i agree and that would also not sit right with me either.
