We have some notes that are about to automatically convert.
Tomorrow, AMBS will have to issue 8 million shares to Xpress Group.
On October 18, AMBS will have to issue 20 million shares to BMI and 20 million shares to Dominick & Dickerman.
On November 1, AMBS will have to issue 10 million shares to Dominick and 10 million shares to Xpress Group.
Would be nice if they could show us one thing they have done for us before these conversions for 68 million shares.
Add these conversions to the fact that CHF bought 99.3% of the voting control of AMBS for $25K and things aren't sitting right with me.
