Now that Mr. Gurba has made his move, we are still left wondering about the specifics of who is on board with the debt for preferred A/B swap and who isn't. The remaining shareholders from this latest escapade would appreciate having it spelled out to us. I would like to know how much $$ debt is going to trickle out as newly issued common shares.

Lets get this over with, so we shareholders can plan for the future.
