Debt isnt toxic. At market. Amount isnt know or total impact on OS but he raised AS previously in anticipation of this reduction. Even if AS maxed out to 900MM market cap would still only be @$3MM. Still very low for $40MM and growing. Next quarter or two should show/provide consistent profitability from spin offs and acquisitions.
