It may be that our medium here has not provided to us a good method of obtaining clarity, but I find this answer interesting:

Interesting. Is this a single use fund whose purpose as described by Bel Age Medias comments revolve around 4k/UHD future?
I'm going to go with door number 1. There is a crapload of activity going on behind door number 1 in which we are involved. 2. No-one who is part of this transaction is going to let LongSides lawsuit kill the deal - there are interim solutions in place if necessary 3. Someone is paying all of our necessary operation expenses 4. It appears to me that there is a lot of broad based brain power involved in making 3.0 a game changer. 5. Tiny as we are, It appears to me as though our streaming/security/movie conversion technology to 4k/UHD, is the key 6. As always, we are waiting for elephants to make their final decisions.
I'm also going to speculate - that the people behind this process are now going to use the shorts-created ultra low price to our/their advantage. The short's death is going to create the spring-board of excitement. Just as the shorts have extended their risk in an effort to kill us, Since they have failed, their own death will give us life.
This is like watching grass grow, But I AM IN.
