Ok folks- I received a response from IR as noted below: One thing I need to say he/she was very fast in response.

There has been no news to share. When there is news we will share it.

UF is in development. That means it has not yet been released. You will hear news of it when it is released and not before.
Zadie Comment: I think from company perspective if the program is not release, therefore it is in development. That is fine with me.

We are waiting for the fund to close and wire us our portion.
