Seems to me if it could be proven Longside is naked shorting NTEK as well as paying people to keep the share price suppressed, wouldn't that would be a huge SEC violation?
Also, conducting a frivolous lawsuit to facilitate all of the above ??
Grounds for a civil suit as well as SEC violations I would think....
