But for the sake of debate, here is my thought.
The market price doesn't reflect the value of the underlying assets. That is why the deal with the toxics requires that any new investment in AMBS or AVDX be accompanied by a fairness opinion.
The price paid pursuant to a deal accompanied by a fairness opinion will be higher than the current market price.
