Benny, you my friend are a young man with a hell of a lot more wisdom than your age would warrant.
I'm not sure if I had that much wisdom at your age, but I think if I did, I'd probably be retired by now.
Its called "Delayed Gratification."
The first 5 years of my marriage, I slept on a hammock (no furniture) and put all my spare $ into building my 1st 3 stores.
Delayed Gratification.
I could take that weekly $25k and buy a Tesla, or I could use it to buy cheap BLTA and later this year buy a Bentley and hire a driver to take me around.
Guess which one I plan on doing......................
