Investors aren't attracted to pennystocks with 9.44B O/S. This is why the R/S needs to happen. It's not the price that matters for attracting institutional investors, it's the O/S. There are NASDAQ stocks worth just triple what USGL's current market cap is, yet their O/S is so low that they can remain on NASDAQ. This logic is stated in the def14a, which I'd posted here and asked everyone to read carefully (I doubt anyone listened, but I did what I could).
Everyone keeps saying wait for the SH meeting then new investors will be attracted and the stock will take off! Tell me why I should expect that after the PR two weeks ago and nothing!
Some have said that, but it's not my job to sell you on that conjecture because I don't subscribe to it. Most of us understand that until the financial audit is done, the R/S has occurred, and the company is SEC-compliant and fully reporting, no one will invest any significant amount of money on the open market (tens of millions). Any price increase will be from speculative hype. It should be obvious why we're getting such little volume on a daily basis despite all that has been done since last November. On a side note, if you read my posts back a few months, my guess for the SP was .005 by the SHM...and boy was I dead on fucking right about that...
Why would investors push the stock price to .02 when they can buy for .0045-.005, knowing that soon the company will be certified, and those shares at .005 will be worth 4x more than the shares at .02? Artificially inflating the stock price just to attract investors is why the Dot Com Bubble and subsequent Crash happened, and it's why this stock fell from over 4 cents/share to .0001. Hype will only come when there are significant, material events reported by USGL.
Unless ticket sales are announced or we are told we are well into 121 certification what else could drive the stock North?
