"Pushing" it artificially is not going to make it stick.
Imagine if you are anxious to get your kid to graduate from grammar school, and you take them out of 1st grade and stick them in 4th!
Very soon, they are just going to slip back to 1st grade (or worse!).
Yes....the SHM is going to help, but we also need the name change, and the financials to be in SEC compliance, and the manuals to be brought up to date, and for the FAA to say we are ready for the mini and for proving flights, and for the plane to be leased (not just an LOI), and for the R/S to be timed properly, and etc. in order to move this baby into 4th grade.
Remember: At the SHM, we are only VOTING FOR the R/S. It is the BOD that will determine what level that will be (25:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1) and WHEN it will go into effect.......and be very glad the BOD is willing to wait for the proper timing of that R/S.
