They will have to issue more shares to acquire the assets and also to raise the funds, so the share count will end up being higher than 78 million. The fair market cap is now lower, because they are giving up the majority of the AVDX shares and it appears 35% of ESS. However, the new assets will have value so hopefully at the end of the day, it will at least offset the shares they will use to aquire them.
There is still too many unknowns to be able to see where we will be when the dust settles. But I think we are definitely headed in the right direction.
