I'm just thinking out loud here.....
If we can get financing for 2 out of 3 of the following then we are set to go:
1) AMBS need to raise at least 1.5 million
2) Avant needs to raise at least 1.5 million
3) Cutanogen needs 2.5 million funding.
So my logic senses say this should not be a problem at all because powerman Mr. Chan (billionaire) is in charge and is not going to let the whole detailed plan and hard 11 months of work fall to waste because of a measly couple million dollars!
Makes sense right? at least to me
Now lets say fair value is 150 million marketcap.
We now have 78 million outstanding shares, so that means fair value is $1.92 pps!
Now another thing i didn't take in account is, i don't know exactly what the proposed 4 assets are worth that SeD is injecting into AMBS.
I know one of them is valued at 12.5 million minimal by a validation firm (see 8K).
So big picture to me is is that this company is for sure worth more then $2 pps minimal with a clean balance sheet and toxics gone.
If someone would like view their opinions on this matter, please do!
