Paul: No offense but I disagree and believe that

First, I have received dividends over the years from companies that did not have audited financials. Secondly, the transfer agent's records show exactly how many shares were outstanding as of the dividend date. I think we can all agree that lots of counterfeit shares or markers were floating around at that time as they are today however that is not NTEK's problem that is the various brokerage firms that did not insure good delivery of NTEK shares for their clients. Those firms have a fiduciary duty to do that and they will be liable for the dividend shares if they find themselves a tad short as I believe the case will be. I do agree that the disbursement should be delayed until NTEK has its own house in order and is able to do some catching up on NTGL. We want NTGL to prosper and be a good investment that NTEK longs will hold and profit from over time, not something that will be immediatly sold. Time will tell all but DF had lots of time develop a plan for NTGL's future and now he needs some time to catch up and implement same. That is why I continue to accumulate but all entitled shareholders are due their dividend imo. Go NTEK!!!
