Fully agreed that NTGL needs to go to the shareholders that have supported NTEK (and NTGL).
However - since NTEK has been keeping NTGL alive (or at least on life support) - since David is reputed to have significant upgrades in mind - Since NTGL dies w/o NTEK...........and since all of those things are true before and after the Feb 2015 dividend, and since the dividend cant proceed without an audit which has not been and will not be prepared covering 2/2015.....
How can the justify a dividend that goes back to 2/2015?
Are they not forced to admit it couldn't get done back then?
Which opens up the fact that as of today NTEK still owns their 80 something % of NTGL and is still free to do with it what they decide is in the best interests of NTEK today??
Which may still come down to a full dividend out to current shareholders of today done in a way that updates all of NTGL software and maybe leaves behind some cash or even a future ownership partner??
We get farther and farther away from 2/2015. The idea of dividend may not lose its authority, but the 2/15 date starts to look undoable.
