At this point owning NTEK stock for employees is no reward. It's not really worth a lot right now.
It should not be talked about like the company is giving away anything....because at this point, they're not....
It is an incentive to work hard and achieve the company objectives.
It will be a reward when hard work of the folks doing the job increases the value of company so the shares owned, or eventually owned are worth something substantial in the future.
