I look at it this way, pinks are not required to have a shm.
The fact that Baltia has done so, with the last one being Dec, 2015 and planning another one this year, if announced this month it will be in 30..60..90..120 days later, I'm ok with that, or if the company says due to circumstances not anticipated a date cannot be selected at this time, I'm ok with that too.
I do not expect perfection from our BOD is the only point I'm trying to make, along with other comments on the shm topic.
