If Tony states that there will be an announcement

If Tony states that there will be an announcement of a shm in January, then in my opinion, it should be announced in January. I'm quite sure that this new leadership will be responsible enough as to not mislead the faithful shareholders. I believe the announcement will be made in January as publicly proclaimed by Tony himself. The faithful shareholders deserve to not be mislead. imho.
