Maybe a little different view to consider. First we all know why Hjoe is not able to share a lot of the information regarding the company right now ,that is due to the court case. kbm has dragged out the court case on purpose to basically try and force hjoe in to fileing . They then could convert there shares. so hjoe had a choice to make and the choice that was made was to protect the shareholders and go dark.For us to sit back and try to micro manage a company that we lack the information needed to make good decisions is kind of crazy. There is nothing quick when it comes to a court. Some forget hjoe asked for the summary judgement which would have ended at least part of the case in a reasonable amount of time and still may happen soon will see. People continue to bash hjoe management for the lack of information but if hjoe would happen to be in negotiations why would you ever tell tale your next move or let any information out that jeopardize the leverage you might have. I believe hjoe will have there chow moment for the bashers and the naysayers ,you know what's up motherfuckers.
