Yes, I agree with you that now they aren't going to say much while court proceedings are under way. Having spent much time in the court systems over ten years in a prior career of mine, I understand that completely.
I hope they change their methods when it is time to speak out. My mantra all along has been that big boy companies don't use Twitter/Facebook as their only and/or main source of PR.
Those little tweets or posts are always brief, vague, and lacking in business substance. Anything that includes "we got your back" tells us nothing. Well, other than you are doing your best to imitate a tenth grader.
After the court hearing(s), let's hope they put out something of substance. Some people are ok with the little tweets on Twitter, my opinion is they need to put out something of substance and detail explaining their status.
