As I wrote, I invested in HJOE because of the product and despite the management. I previously wrote to them about improving shareholder communications outside of Twitter and was blocked by the company.
I still think the jerky is a home run, but not so confident now that management has dropped the ball. There is no positive way to interpret a delisting. It's is the culmination of things that did not go well.
People keep trying to candy coat the delisting, but companies that make good decisions don't get delisted. Blame it on whatever you want, but it's still a delisting no matter what the cause. The cause is just an excuse, the outcome is my concern because that is my investment.
