GC was and is still clueless, this stuff is too complicated for him...he does not care about any of his shareholders nor about his shares as he will get more free shares when the time is right.
The BOD is a wimpy group...they don't do what's best for shareholders, they do what's best for GC and Dad....
Magna preys on companies like this...stupid/clueless management, no money, and spending like its a real firm!!
