RGFR Daily Chart ~ Consolidating a Small Gain of the Last Two Weeks
There isn't much to add to my previous chart and technicals on RGFR. For those that might not have been around over the last few weeks, RGFR Management has released four PRs and three 8Ks. It would be a good thing for one to read the 8Ks and do some basic DD on the individuals who have been appointed to management.
The technicals of the last 2-3 weeks suggested that the share price might be ready for a small move higher. RGFR has risen from the .60s to $1.00 with a Friday close of .95. As I mentioned on June 5, I believed the stock would begin trading up to its MA50 which was resting at $1.00. We now await a break above that level with some good volume. Should that occur, the technicals suggest a quick move to levels and resistance points not seen since Dec, at $1.90/$2.00. The SS remains very low with an OS of 20MM and a float of just under 1.9MM. I'm hoping to see more in the way of 8Ks and releases shortly. I do hold a nice position and continue to accumulate. At this point in time, I will probably be adding to at least $3.00, funds permitting. RGFR is a long term investment for friends and me with an anticipated holding period of at least 12 months. GLTA
