A guy suffering from ODS played fast and lose with Federal law, and he has the balls to claim he was singled out for his bullshit 'theme restaurant'?
He made a materially false statement on his tax return and he STILL got a plea deal?
Reads to me that the jack-booted Feds treated him more nicely than he might have expected they would.
