WoW....really..?..looks like the young man ran into some financial difficulty be it illness as a small business owner:

"It was Medicaid fraud. They had failed to disclose income on their application. As a result they obtained Medicaid benefits they weren't entitled to, from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2011," Kasmarek said.
Tassone was arrested Oct. 25, 2011. The case took nearly five years to resolve because prosecutors gave Tassone time to pay restitution before deciding whether to present the case to a grand jury.
uuummmm.....you living under a rock? You understand what a plea deal is....and allotment of 5 years to pay it off or else? Did you look at those amounts? That is not even a slap on the hand....looks more like a loan agreement.
Ha!........and it's fn' Syracuse, NY?....and he had anti- Obama crap all over.......WTH was he thinking? Anyhow....given the settlement and time for such......looks like it was not as heavy as pitched.
If I can get that deal today..I'm breaking that law immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!
