there were no replies bc no one took the question seriously.
The facts we know:
We have no money and must dilute to keep things moving with TFs sending us downward.
We have made phenomenal acquisitions that we can't afford to move forward on our own and apparently no one wants to help us.
GC has blamed SHs on social media as to the cause of the pps drop.
Several of our BOD members silently left the building over the last year.
We turned the lights off temporarily on our BP drug development for ELTO bc we can't afford it.
Our RS to Uplist was about as disastrous as could be.
Pivotal trial for our most near term revenue source or asset sale is delayed yet again and needs funding to be "reworked."
ZERO LymPro rev which was declared ready for commercialization Dec 2014.
What we don't know yet:
Will this 3 way merger happen at this point? No more mention since LOI which does
not last forever. 4 more business days in Q1. The merger of two penny stocks and a 3rd company doing annual sales of $1.5 million is less than breathtaking with the situation we find ourselves in.
We don't know that once the ESS trials are actually started if we will see the same results from trials done over 10 yrs ago.
9 red days in a row is enough for the average investor to know that currently there is very little good news here to reverse the new trend.
Hope springs eternal and many (including me) hope that GC is someday successful in spite of himself. But as they say, you can hope in one hand and poop in the other and see what you get.
