The problem for longs is two- fold. Yes, GC misled investors on so many points in the past 2-3 years it's hard to count. Go back and read his chairmans blogs from 2013 and 2014 and you will be amazed at the things he said.
But the second part is WE had tons of red flags and warning signs that we all choose to ignore. When they announced the finance deal with the "DISCOVERY FUND" I almost hit the sell button that morning. After doing some DD on the that morning, what a toxic fraud they are. But I didn't sell.
The 1 for 150 RS. Holding through that was a HUGE mistake that we all made. Go back and research how many of those turn out well for investors. But Gerald was talking a good game at that time about how investors and fund managers were lined up waiting to get in. So once again, I held, watching my share count plumet to 13,000. And all those institutional investors? Well, they never showed up.
I could go on and on, but most of you have all been there with me and know the story.
So yes I blame Gerald for doing and excellent carrot dangling but I blame myself the most for sinking that much money it this penny stock and riding it to the ground.
