I really don't have any intention of trying to sway you or anyone else for that matter. And I don't hold anything against you either. People are entitled to their views and opinions.
I have learned that it is impossible to ever have a true conversation with someone when it is always met with a "yeah, but...."

Your analysis is great Maui and in 5 yrs this may all come to pass.
I see it will pass far earlier
- I see it coming to pass far earlier. I even see recouping shares hit by the R/S within those 5 years too.

But what keeps our investments afloat in the very near term (1 year) and keeps the company from using all 500 million shares they want authorized.
Think in the now, not the long term, because without non dilutive financing NOW everyone who invests today or in years past is out of almost their entire investment.
- I am, and this is what I see. I see the "possibilities", but I don't expect anyone else to. But I'm not investing their money either.

***The FDA defines a "rare pediatric disease" as a disease that affects fewer than 200,000 individuals in the U.S. primarily aged from birth to 18 years. Under the FDA's Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher program, a sponsor who receives an approval of a new drug application (NDA) or biologics license application (BLA) for a rare pediatric disease may be eligible for a voucher, which can be redeemed to obtain expedited FDA review for any subsequent marketing application. Vouchers may be sold or transferred by the recipient; in the last 6 months, 2 priority review vouchers have been sold for a combined $595M in cash.

GC keeps kicking the can down the road enticing new and not so new investors to keep dumping money into a company with NO near term revs (see PowerPoint).
- I don't know where your referring to. There is revenue. And as their stock increases in value/ s/p , AMBS will increase because of shares on its balance sheet.

Let's say Theranostics does $15 mil this year, a 10 fold increase, how much of that hits our bottom line? You don't know and that's the point, nobody does bc GC deals in "big picture carrot dangling."
- That's why I like that the AMDX is now not dead weight on AMBS. It has a discounted path to CLIA for its products AND others that can bring in revenues, compounding year after year.

I've been invested here for almost 5 yrs based on his communication and he has failed.
I absolutely understand that 5 years in this stock could have really driven some to the point where they are.
-I have been in this roughly 2 years. That fits into my timeline. From my vantage point GC has followed through on many, not all, of what the company was aiming for. And hasn't met some "goals" "yet" and far surpassed with some amazing surprises too.

And in regards to ESS, the government will be running that show, NOT GC!
They will be dissolving some more of the toxics as well upon the AS increase.
There is a middle ground between Unicorns and Rainbows and nothing is happening and products are failures and GC is a liar.
Or some can live on the fringes, turn on the tv, plenty do. I am not saying you are one of those people. It is near impossible to answer certain questions on a public board without others losing their minds.
I hope you don't take offense to anything written. It was not my inttent.
I was just responding to you telling me that I need to live in the now.
I do. Cause right now things look excellent. Living in the now also means letting go of the last year...5 years....
I think April will be that inflection point.
