I looked and can't find anything in the SEC filings of Avant or Arrayit to back this up.
I know the CEO said it at Noble, but he also said a bunch of other stuff that wasn't exactly right.
Generally, I don't believe it unless I see it in the SEC filings.
Anyone see the lockup on Arrayit's AVDX shares?
