Well, they did so. They put in $1.5M, then $3M and now they are agreeing to put in an additional $5M. The cost of that is that we have to increase the authorized shares.
A small price to pay to get what everyone has been hoping, praying and begging for.
You can't go to Monaco and convince people to put $9.5M into this turd without some sort of protection (i.e., the increased in authorized shares).
Thats how i see it too.
We are getting additional funding and thats what we need.
And besides its not a given that all those 500 million shares will be diluted, they are just authorized shares and i'm sure some will get diluted but i can't imagine a whole lot more now that ESS seems to be moving along and will be getting closer to results this year.
But what do i know....
