No clue whether it will go up or not. I'm just saying that any value of the AVDX is down the road (other than the $32M asset currently sitting on our balance sheet).
What I am shocked by is the fact that everyone has been hoping, praying and begging for International Infusion to go raise enough money to take out the toxics.
Well, they did so. They put in $1.5M, then $3M and now they are agreeing to put in an additional $5M. The cost of that is that we have to increase the authorized shares.
A small price to pay to get what everyone has been hoping, praying and begging for.
You can't go to Monaco and convince people to put $9.5M into this turd without some sort of protection (i.e., the increased in authorized shares).
