I completely agree re the necessary but skeletal info re fundraising -they could certainly expound on the following
from the 10q:
"Wolverine and Enigma are currently working on arranging financing in the amount of USD $2,500,000 that is required for the building of the Enigma fully secure mobile wireless software application".
it certainly is not a secret - they have many lines re the three directors compensation- which logically derives from said search
perhaps Dr Chalk and Mr Haderer are not aware of penny investors need for such kind of info -though i have to presume Bruce is-since Doubloon has publicly met with Lee Costerd and/or Bruce Costerd in the recent past
reminds me of my conversations with completely clueless brokers,many of whom know nothing about penny stocks,who are living in the pre-1999 wild west days ,claiming, "penny stocks dont have any financials", to which i rebutted,"of course they do-I've spent as many as 8 hours/day looking at thousands of pennies financials"-
I mentioned OTCQX ca 7 times in a half hour conversation with one such idiot- but he never understood - he was not even aware of the OTCQX!!!!!!!!!! (which variously allows pps of 10c or 25 c minimum) and eventually looked it up and said otcqx was a mass mutual stock-where do they get these clowns? who do this for a living!!
are they used appliance salesman dropouts? (my apologies to used appliance salesman). Are they the 1st people in their family line to walk upright??
