Yes, I am aware of these things but the overwhelming reason I am having a problem is the lack of communication. When I'm told there is nothing to say while raising funds is ludicrous. That's showing a lack of respect to the shareholders and an unwillingness to keep the shareholders informed. Finding the right investor (s) is difficult but communicating is easy. I guess I have a different management style than David when it comes to running a "public" company.
