Agree thurg, we could hear from the company any time. I think now that the agreement is signed the privacy restrictions should be lifted.
Another thought and just a thought. The company could still announce a buyback but I'm not sure they are allowed to buyback until the UMS fins are submitted. In that case that would explain them not putting out a pr about the 8k. They wouldnt want to do anything to increase share price before the buyback. Again.. just a thought.
