As far as a buyback, I don't think they want to do that. They don't need our shares, they gave Lee 85% of the shares, but they didn't agree to 85% of the current shares, they added to the share structure with the convertible shares to get Lee what he wanted.
In my opinion, I don't see Lee just diluting the stock by cashing in on his shares, I see him using the system to his advantage to take over similar companies throughout the country. Lee needed cash money to buy companies before, now he can trade some of that 85% stake to grow the company very quick. In the end, Im sure he keeps 51% of his shares.
