I thought we were done with acquisitions? SMG where is this information coming from? Where you able to attend the SeeThru conference or the Friday afternoon meeting?
Are we throwing a Hail Mary and using money from a partner in the spinoff of the DX division to acquire a possible Nasdaq listed company that is in trouble?
That type of execution would completely reverse all shareholder sentiment for the better and may turn around our image to the overall market.
